About the Role

As an operator, you will be responsible for the operation and monitoring of production equipment, performing ongoing production tasks, and ensuring that processes are followed according to current routines. The work includes loading, unloading, and handling materials, machine monitoring, quality control, as well as documentation of work steps and deviations. You work in a team and collaborate with maintenance, quality, and production management to maintain stable and safe production.

The position is full-time. You will work day shifts. Start date: ASAP.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for packaging and outbound logistics.
• Monitor and control production equipment according to given instructions and safety routines.
• Perform simple settings, changes, and cleaning of machines.
• Conduct quality checks and document results.
• Report deviations and contribute to improvement work to increase efficiency and safety.
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a good working environment and a positive team climate.

About You

Formal Qualifications

We are looking for you who have basic industrial experience or relevant education from upper secondary school (preferably technical track) or vocational training. Previous work in production, process industry, or similar is meritorious. You communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and have basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.

Personal Attributes

You are meticulous, responsible, and thrive in a pace where safety and quality are always prioritized. You work in a structured manner, solve problems practically, and are flexible in the face of changing conditions. Good teamwork skills and a positive attitude are important for creating a functional team.

Meritorious

• Previous experience with control systems.
• Forklift license or other relevant certification.
• Knowledge of maintenance work or troubleshooting.
• Experience from the food or process industry.
