About the Role

As a carpenter with us, you will become a key part of executing varied construction and renovation projects. The workday is practical and varied, ranging from new builds to repair work. You will work in a team alongside experienced colleagues, following the company's routines for quality, schedules, and working environment.

Responsibilities

• Construction and Carpentry: Perform structural, wall, roof, and floor work, as well as install windows, doors, and interiors according to drawings and work instructions.
• Assembly and Finishing: Perform high-quality fine carpentry, caulking, sanding, and surface treatment to achieve a good final finish.
• Reading Drawings: Interpret construction and detail drawings, as well as follow work plans and material lists.
• Material Handling: Responsible for handling, sorting, and protecting materials, as well as loading and unloading at the construction site.
• Safety and Quality: Follow occupational health and safety regulations, use personal protective equipment, report deviations, and contribute to a safe working climate.
• Communication: Collaborate with foremen, colleagues, and other trades on-site to ensure efficient workflow.

We would like you to have:

• Professional experience as a carpenter or equivalent construction experience.
• Ability to read drawings and work instructions.
• Knowledge of material selection, measuring, and assembly methods.
• Experience with common hand tools and simple machinery, as well as ongoing supervision of equipment.
• A Category B driver's license is advantageous or required depending on the assignment.
