About the Role

Are you detail-oriented, technically interested, and thrive in an industrial environment? We are now looking for cutting operators and grinders for our client for an exciting assignment with good development opportunities.

You who are applying for this challenge likely have some form of practical education or equivalent work experience within the industry. You have a positive attitude and are a very good team player. The work always requires personal interest and engagement to achieve high quality and a good result, which we always strive for. We place great emphasis on personal qualities to be able to develop and create fantastic production and work environments together with our customers.

As a cutting operator, you work with setting up, monitoring, and running cutting machines within production. The work involves material handling, quality control, and ensuring that production maintains the right quality and pace.

Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

• Gas and/or plasma cutting of materials
• Monitoring production and adjusting machine settings
• Performing quality controls according to drawings and instructions
• Material handling and post-processing
• Contributing to a safe and efficient work environment

• Have a positive attitude and good collaboration skills.

• Are structured and meticulous as the work involves several, sometimes complex, tasks.
• Are independent in your role and understand the importance of working in a team.
• Are not afraid to get your hands dirty and work hard.

Requirements for the Role:

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work days, evenings, and shifts.
• Forklift license.
• Overhead crane license.
• Driver's license.
