We are looking for you who

We are looking for you who have experience with blasting on complex contract jobs, and who find these types of jobs interesting. The work requires precision and planning together with site management, colleagues, and other actors at our workplaces. You have a high level of safety awareness, are responsible, and solution-oriented.

Requirements for the role:

🧨 Category B driver's license.

🧨 Blasting certificate.

🧨 Merit if you have experience with electronic detonation systems.

🧨 Merit if you have experience working on complex contract jobs.

🧨 Approved security clearance according to the LBE Act.

About the role

As a rock worker specializing in blasting, you will be blasting on our contract and quarry jobs in western and southern Sweden. Uppländska Berg specializes in complex blasting but performs all types of blasting jobs. Other types of rock work and other areas in Sweden may occur as we at Uppländska Berg collaborate for the whole picture out on our projects.

Application

The position is full-time, normally Monday to Thursday from 06:30 to 16:00 and Friday 06:30 - 13:00. Working hours may be adjusted or vary depending on the project.

Uppländska Berg works with rock loosening and reinforcement throughout Sweden. Our 100 employees have specialized expertise in everything from wire sawing to underwater blasting.
