About the Role

Our client is looking for more skilled employees to join their competent assembly team. In this role, you will work with extensive mechanical assembly or electrical assembly, depending on your expertise. You will assemble a variety of components from the ground up to finished machine installations, using drawings, manuals, and hand tools as support.

• Working hours: Monday – Friday, day shifts with flexible hours.
• Start date: Immediately or as agreed.
• Contract type: Permanent.

About You

You are passionate about the fitter profession, self-motivated, and have a strong sense of quality. You are driven, engaged, and view learning new skills positively. To succeed in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

Formal Competence

• Upper secondary education with a practical or technical focus.
• Previous experience in manual mechanical assembly or electrical installation work, with good tool proficiency (machine assembly is a plus).
• Ability to understand written and illustrated assembly instructions and technical drawings.
• Good proficiency in Swedish (speaking, reading, and understanding).
• Valid driver's license.
