At Forenede Care, we are looking for a nurse assistant who wants to work nights throughout the summer at our cozy nursing home, Trollängen in Tyresö.

As a nurse assistant/care aide at Forenede Care, you will work to provide good care, service, and nursing to our residents.

Trollängen is a specialized housing facility with a total of six wards: 3 dementia wards, 2 somatic wards, and one short-term/rotating care ward focusing on cognitive impairment. There are 9-10 residents on each ward. Trollängen is located in the quiet area of Trollbäcken, close to buses, shops, pharmacies, and green spaces. You can easily commute here from Gullmarsplan, Stora Sköndal, and Haninge.

In the role of nurse assistant/care aide, you will perform care and nursing duties based on the residents' wishes and in accordance with current assistance decisions, with a strong focus on quality. This includes, for example, performing personal hygiene, helping with meal preparation and serving, responding to alarms, and engaging in social activities. Social interaction may include conversations, games, cycling trips, music activities, or similar. You will also perform delegated tasks from licensed staff, such as medication administration and training.

As a summer temporary employee, you have good chances of receiving a continued temporary position or a permanent employment contract after the summer.

Job Description

We are currently looking for a colleague part-time for a summer temporary position for the summer of 2026, with an employment rate of 65-80% starting in June.

To be considered for the position, you need:

• Education as a nurse assistant or care aide with experience in elderly care.

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

We also consider it an advantage if you have previous experience in elderly care and dementia care.

To thrive in this role, you care about your fellow human beings, are good at building relationships, have a strong commitment, and are service-oriented. We work both in teams and independently, so it is important that you are comfortable in this environment.
