We are currently looking for an engaged personal assistant for a teenage girl with autism. Our client needs support with daily routines, activities, and values safety and trust above all. You will be an important part of the family, providing support, respect, and motivation.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is dedicated, playful, and capable of working in a low-affective manner. Experience with autism and as a personal assistant is an advantage, but personality is our top priority. It is essential that there is good chemistry with both the client and the family.

Important details

The family also has siblings with personal assistance and pets, so you must not have an allergy to animals. The workplace is located in Glanshammar. Due to limited public transport in the area, a driver's license and access to a car are required.

Working hours are currently during the day and evening, with the possibility of working some weekends.

Requirements

Before employment, references must be provided, and a certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record register) must be presented.
