Your Role

Do you want to work in a future-oriented industry with good development opportunities? We are now looking for operators for our new operations in Malmslätt. Perhaps you are ready to change career paths, or maybe you already work in industry and are looking for your next challenge.

In this role, you will work with monitoring and controlling a completely new, automated production process. The work will also involve certain tasks where you work with your hands. You will also have the opportunity to perform simple maintenance on the machines and manually operate the robot systems when needed.

You will be a key part of ensuring that production maintains both quality and the right pace.

The position is located in Malmslätt and is based on a three-shift system, which means working during days, evenings, and nights.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who wants to try something new or develop their existing skills. We see you as a person who is structured, responsible, and willing to collaborate. The most important thing is that you are open to learning new things and want a new opportunity in working life. A technical interest is an advantage, but not a requirement.

We see that you have:

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills
• Experience in some kind of practical or technical work - either from working life or leisure time

It is an advantage for the role if you have previous experience working with robots or machines - especially advantageous with experience of Siemens, Fanuc, or ABB control systems.
