In this role, you contribute specialist fire safety expertise to a project where a planned solar power plant is to be installed on the roof of an existing parking garage. Your task is to produce a fire technical statement that will serve as a central document in the building permit review process and clearly describe how the installation affects the building's fire protection.

You work at the intersection of fire safety, construction, and design. Based on available documentation, you analyze risks, identify any requirements for complementary measures, and assess whether the planned solution meets applicable fire technical requirements. This role is suitable for you if you thrive in assignments where your expert assessment has direct significance for both safety and feasibility.

• You prepare a fire statement that can be used as fire technical documentation in a building permit application.
• You assess how the planned solar power plant affects the building's existing fire protection.
• You analyze fire risks associated with the planned installation and describe relevant risks and recommendations.
• You evaluate whether the planned measure meets applicable fire technical requirements.
• You identify the need for any complementary fire technical measures.
• You assess the rescue services' operational possibilities if such requirements are relevant.
• You work based on the architect's building permit documents, the structural engineer's statement, and available documentation regarding existing fire protection.
• You summarize your conclusions in a clear and well-supported manner so that they can form the basis for further review.

• You have at least 7 years of experience from similar assignments.
• You have experience working as a fire consultant, fire safety expert, or fire engineer.
• You have good ability to produce fire technical statements as documentation for building permits or similar reviews.
• You have experience assessing the impact on existing fire protection in connection with technical installations in existing buildings.
• You can analyze fire risks, requirements, and recommendations related to the installation of solar power plants.
• You are accustomed to working with technical documentation such as building permit documents, structural statements, and fire protection documentation.
