Press Operators Wanted
Are you technically interested, meticulous, and thrive in a production environment? We are now looking for engaged press operators who want to become an important part of our team.
About the Role
As a press operator, you are responsible for setting up, monitoring, and operating our press machines to ensure efficient and high-quality production. You work according to set production goals and quality requirements and contribute to continuous improvements in the business.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate press machines according to production orders.
- Monitor production and ensure high quality of manufactured products.
- Perform quality controls and document results.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor operational disruptions.
- Carry out ongoing maintenance and cleaning of machines.
- Follow safety regulations and work routines.
We are looking for someone who
- Has experience working in industry or production, preferably as a press operator.
- Has technical understanding and interest in machinery.
- Is quality-conscious, responsible, and meticulous.
- Has good teamwork skills but can also work independently.
- Speaks and writes Swedish fluently.
Meritorious Qualifications
- Experience with punching, pressing, or other metalworking.
- Forklift license and/or overhead crane license.
- Knowledge of reading drawings and measurement techniques.
