About the role

In your role, you work with modern CNC-controlled machines where you manufacture tooling components according to drawings and specified tolerances. You program, set up, and operate the machines, ensuring that the components maintain the correct quality throughout the entire processing process.

The work takes place in a structured tooling environment where the focus is on precision, technical expertise, and an efficient workflow. An important part of the role is to ensure that the machines are utilized to the best of their ability and that the work is planned so that processing can continue even during unattended hours.

You primarily program for your own machine, but you can also create programs used by other machines in the workflow. We actively work on developing our working methods and increasing the degree of automation in our processing, where you as a Tooling Technician have great opportunities to contribute ideas and influence how we develop the business forward.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have a technical or industrial education, or who have acquired equivalent knowledge through work experience or a strong technical interest. You have a genuine interest in processing and tooling manufacturing and enjoy working practically with technology and machines.

You preferably have experience with milling, turning, or working with CNC machines. Experience in the field is meritorious, but not a requirement. The most important thing for us is that you are curious, want to develop, and have the will to learn.

As a person, you are meticulous, structured, and solution-oriented. You take responsibility for your work and have a strong focus on quality, while also thriving in close collaboration with colleagues.
