Project Manager combining technical expertise with business responsibility and close customer dialogue in Stockholm

We are looking for you with a good technical understanding of service and electrical installations, as well as previous experience as a project manager, for the role of Senior Project Manager at Emil Lundgren City in Solna, Stockholm. As a Senior Project Manager within electrical installations, you lead projects, develop technical solutions for customers with quality, structure, and engagement. Here you will have a central role in the business where you lead projects from start to finish, allocate resources, build strong customer relationships, and work together with an experienced team in an organization characterized by freedom under responsibility, collaboration, and long-term perspective.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and follow up on projects within contracting and service, from start to finish.
• Allocate resources and coordinate a team of electricians.
• Financial responsibility and follow-up in your projects.
• Responsibility for working environment via delegation.
• Customer contact and upselling in existing and new relationships.
• Support and collaborate with colleagues within the team and with the service coordinator.
• Estimating and tendering work.

You collaborate closely with other project managers, the service coordinator, and the unit manager, in an environment where responsibility and freedom go hand in hand.

The position is located at Emil Lundgren City in Solna. You will become part of an engaged team with short decision-making paths and a culture free of hierarchy. The position is full-time and includes a company car, fitness allowance, and a collective agreement. Travel occurs in the surrounding area.

We are looking for you who:

• Have experience leading and driving projects within electrical installations.
• Are used to working independently, prioritizing, and making decisions.
• Have a good understanding of project economics, estimating, and contracting law (AB/ABT).
• Enjoy customer dialogues and have an eye for business.
• Are confident, communicative, and have a solution-oriented attitude.
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B).
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
