About the Team & Role

You will become part of a technician team working in two-person teams out in the field. The work takes place across Sweden and involves varying environments – everything from technical rooms to work in forests and at high altitudes.

The role includes installation and maintenance of technical communication equipment, such as:

• Cable installation
• Assembly and disassembly of routers, switches, and radio link equipment
• Installation of 48-volt power systems
• Tower work at heights of 30–60 meters
• Mounting of antennas and fixtures

In some tasks, it may involve power installation with requirements for uninterrupted operation, as well as working with antennas and fixtures weighing up to 600 kilos.

Quality is crucial – installations are followed up through inspection together with the client, which places high demands on precision and documentation.

The work involves approximately 150 hotel nights per year. Working hours are primarily during the day, but night work may occur.

About You

We place great importance on the right person, but some things we see as important are that you:

• Have extensive experience with tools
• Have experience with installation work, such as cabling
• Hold a B-driver's license
• Are a Swedish citizen (requirement for security-classified position)
• Communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing

It is an advantage if you have experience with electrical installation/power, work with routers or radio links, and tower work. A tower certificate is a requirement for the role but not for applying – training can be offered during employment.

As a person, you are meticulous and solution-oriented. You enjoy taking responsibility and have good collaboration skills as the work takes place in smaller teams. You are flexible and understand that the role involves travel and physical work.

The position is security-classified and requires a passed security clearance before employment can begin. As part of the process, a security clearance is conducted, including a security clearance interview and register check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585). Additionally, a background check is conducted, which includes reference checks, credit checks, and extracts from the criminal record register.
