OnePartnerGroup is now looking for several experienced and dedicated operators to work with pharmaceutical production for our internationally recognized and prestigious client in Södertälje.

As an operator, you will play a key role in ensuring quality and efficiency in pharmaceutical production. You will be part of our dedicated team and contribute to producing high-quality medicines that improve people's lives. We are looking for several new colleagues and will hire on an ongoing basis, starting immediately, as the recruitment process for this assignment is quite extensive.

Responsibilities

Here, after thorough on-site training, you are expected to independently work with various parts of large-scale pharmaceutical production. You will handle the tasks if you are handy, technical, and curious. The processes are many and varied, so we will explain the tasks in more detail during the interview. You will be trained on-site and will need to follow clear instructions and methods according to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).

Working Hours

Shift work applies at this workplace. So, the job suits you who like to work early mornings, evenings, and/or nights, including some major holidays.

Requirements

We have no requirements that you have previously worked in the process industry or as a process operator, but you must possess the following:

• Completed upper secondary education.
• Ability to start at 06:00 in Södertälje.
• Fluent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Ability and willingness to work physically.
• Ability to work shifts (day, evening, and night shifts).
• Ability to work meticulously and systematically.
• Curious and professionally proud.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team.
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing tasks.

Merits

• Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of GMP.
• Professional experience from previous manual trades.
• Forklift license (otherwise we will train you).
