OUR OFFER

We are now looking for flexible and self-motivated seasonal workers for our client, Lantmännen, in Strängnäs. You will work with grain reception and silo operations at their facility in Strängnäs. We value punctuality and place great importance on your personal suitability, as the job requires good teamwork skills and competence.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reception and registration of grain
Computer handling and sampling
Patrolling the silo to ensure machinery is functioning correctly
Cleaning and emptying bags is included

The work takes place in high silos, so you should not be afraid of heights or have issues with confined spaces. Your tasks involve receiving incoming trucks with grain from farmers across Sweden.

You should not be a pollen allergy sufferer or afraid of the dark.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

You must be able to work both shifts: 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00. Availability for these times is mandatory.
Fluent Swedish in both spoken and written form
Experienced in solving technical problems
Quick learner and self-motivated, although supervisors are always on-site
Valid driver’s license and access to a car to facilitate commuting

BENEFICIAL EXPERIENCE

Experience with grain drying and handling or similar work
Computer literacy

ABOUT THE POSITION

The positions are full-time, Monday–Friday during the harvest season. The employment starts on Monday, July 20th (week 30) and runs until the end of August or early September. This is a fixed-term position with Boxflow during this period. Depending on the year's harvest, the position may be extended.

Overtime and weekend work may occur. You will work fixed shifts Monday–Friday, either day or evening shifts throughout the season. No extended leave will be granted during the season.
