Do you want to work in a modern production environment where quality, safety, and team spirit are in focus? We are now looking for production staff for a prefab factory in Strängnäs specializing in the manufacturing of concrete elements.

Among other things, the factory produces walls, solid slabs, and hollow-core slabs for construction projects across the country. The work is varied and includes tasks such as formwork construction, reinforcement, pouring, vibrating, finishing, and stripping. You work based on drawings and are involved in the entire process from preparation to the finished product.

As a production staff member, you are an important part of the team. The work is carried out both independently and together with colleagues. We are looking for you who are responsible, detail-oriented, and have the ability to see what needs to be done. Initiative, quality awareness, and good cooperation are valued here.

• Have good physical fitness and enjoy practical work

• Have good knowledge of Swedish

• Preferably have experience from prefab production, concrete work, or the construction industry

• Have reading skills for technical drawings (meritorious)

• Are positive, structured, and contribute to a good working environment

• Full-time work on weekdays, daytime
