BUBS, part of Orkla Snacks Sweden, is now looking for engaged process operators who want to help manufacture some of Sweden's most beloved confectionery products. This is a direct recruitment, meaning you will be employed directly by Orkla.

Your Role

As a process operator at BUBS, you will have an important and varied role in an automated production environment. You will be responsible for monitoring, controlling, and optimizing production processes, as well as ensuring that production maintains high quality and efficiency.

You will become part of a competent and tight-knit team where collaboration is second nature. At the same time, we are looking for you who contribute with drive and initiative – someone who actively helps develop the work forward on a daily basis.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you are responsible for ensuring that production operates safely and efficiently according to Orkla's high standards. Your tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Monitoring and controlling production flows via computerized systems
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical disruptions
• Performing preventive maintenance and simpler repairs
• Handling raw materials and finished products according to procedures
• Documenting operational data, deviations, and improvement suggestions
• Actively participating in improvement work to increase efficiency and quality

Requirements

• Upper secondary education in industrial technology, electrical/energy, or equivalent
• Experience from industrial production
• Basic IT skills and understanding of control systems
• Swedish in speech and writing, as well as basic English
• Forklift license A1-A4 (preferably also B1)

Merits

• Experience from food production
• Knowledge of or work according to HACCP
• Completed HASP training (or equivalent)
• Experience from process industry or automated production

More about the position

• Permanent employment with a six-month probation period
• Shift work: 5-shift rotation, which may involve:
• Continuous 2-shift pattern
• Continuous night shifts
• Continuous weekend shifts
• Background check (extract from criminal record) is conducted prior to employment
