Operations Manager – Exciting Career Opportunity at MIAB AB
At MIAB, we are in a phase of strong growth, and we are now expanding with a passionate Operations Manager. Our customer base is steadily growing, and we need a key person who, together with our site organization, will ensure that we continue to deliver excellent service to our customers. This is focused on our core values: care, security, and commitment.Your main responsibilities include:
- Financial responsibility as well as customer and personnel responsibility for your operational area, which includes cleaning assignments.
- Daily assurance of service quality and execution plan towards our customer
- Continuous dialogue with our customer to align and optimize our delivery
- Lead and support team leaders in matters of operations, personnel, planning, and recruitment with an awareness of service and order
- Perform and document supplier controls and supervise subordinate staff
And other common tasks for the position. The position is permanent (and starts with a probationary period) with start date according to agreement.
