In our department, we have a good collaboration with all professional categories, and there is a flow of interest for new ideas and improvements. We value working transprofessionally to utilize knowledge in the best way. Your and your colleagues' knowledge is shared through our pulse/team rounds where we review the patients and diagnoses we have in the department. We encourage all ways to utilize your skills and ideas. We strive to be an attractive workplace where our values guide us. In our orthopedic care department, no two days are alike. Here, we have a strong forward momentum and joy in developing care with a focus on patient participation and safety.
