JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a school nurse with us, you will be a central part of the student health team, working closely with students, staff, and guardians. Your main responsibilities include:

• health conversations and health visits for students in secondary school
• vaccinations and open reception
• supporting students' physical and mental health
• working preventively and health-promoting according to the Education Act and the National Board of Health and Welfare's guidelines
• collaborating with school staff and external actors to create a good learning environment

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• is a licensed nurse
• has specialized training in child and adolescent health care or district nursing with a focus on public health
• has experience working with children and adolescents, preferably within schools or student health
• has a health-promoting and preventive approach
• is independent, structured, and responsible
• has good collaboration skills and can build trusting relationships
• is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
