About the position

Aimpoint is expanding its operations in Gällivare and will be larger both in size and number of employees. On behalf of Aimpoint, we are now looking for more assemblers and operators for production. In the role at Aimpoint, you will work with the manufacturing of red dot sights. The production is entirely manual, and you will perform tasks together with your shift team in a clean room. You will carry out different stages of manufacturing at various stations. You are responsible for ensuring that the products maintain the highest quality while striving towards the company's production goals.

You will receive introduction and training on site. The training is conducted in different parts and for different sights at a time.

Working hours

The work is scheduled in 2 shifts as follows:
Morning shift: Mon-Fri 05:30-14:00
Afternoon shift: Mon-Thu 14:00-23:30

The position is a consultancy assignment, you are employed by Adecco and work at Aimpoint. The position is full-time with an initial probation period. Start date is according to agreement.

About you

Since the role involves working towards production goals, it is important that you have a forward-thinking attitude and strive for goal fulfillment. It is also important that you are meticulous and ensure the quality of the products. Ultimately, this means that you pay great attention to detail and work systematically throughout the entire manufacturing process. You are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have experience in production and/or industrial work.
