As a nursing assistant with us, you will have varied and stimulating tasks where you have the opportunity to grow into your professional role. The Job

Your tasks will be very diverse, including assessment and reception work. The tasks will primarily involve patient care, monitoring using surveillance equipment, sampling, sterile setup, and assisting nurses/doctors.

We apply individual activity-based scheduling with rotating shifts, including night shifts. Monthly salary according to collective agreement. Region Blekinge applies individual and differentiated salary setting.

Region Blekinge places all permanent staff in a state of readiness. Some of our positions are security classified, requiring employees to undergo a security clearance interview and background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585).

About You

We are looking for nursing assistants with experience in emergency care and/or specialist training in emergency care, which is advantageous. You should have good collaboration skills, a positive attitude, and be flexible and responsible in your tasks. You should thrive in changing tempos and find it stimulating and varied.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
