Do you want to grow with us on our journey? Haninge municipality is in an exciting development phase and we are currently looking for a payroll consultant with experience in the payroll system Personec P who wants to contribute to both our journey and to ensure that managers and employees receive the best possible service.

With us, you will be part of an experienced payroll team with 9 payroll consultants and 4 system specialists. We work together, support each other, and have a clear focus on quality and service towards managers and employees.

Your mission

As a payroll consultant, you actively support the operations and their managers by providing support via email and phone, conducting training sessions, and creating manuals for the areas you are responsible for. You contribute to quality assurance and development in Personec P. You will work with all departments but primarily with the Elderly Administration, Social Administration, and Culture and Leisure Administration, but you should also be able to handle payroll for other departments as needed.

You take your own initiatives and continuously work to find efficiencies and improvements within the payroll unit and for the operations.

You are attentive to the needs present in the operations and initiate and take responsibility for development work.

In addition to this, you should master the entire payroll process from employment, registration, controls, and corrections to termination.

The role of payroll consultant is complex, stimulating, and challenging, and it requires you to take responsibility for your work, make your own decisions, and work towards set goals.

What we are looking for in you

We are looking for someone with a YH education in payroll or other education/experience that the employer deems equivalent.

You have several years of experience in payroll, are service-oriented, and can interpret collective agreements. You have the ability to create trusting relationships and share your knowledge, contributing to the team's competence.

You have a good ability to communicate in spoken and written Swedish.

Experience with Personec P is a requirement and experience with Medvind is an advantage. If you also have experience with the collective agreement General Provisions, that is also an advantage.
