System Administrator at Economic Services

Economic Services is Västra Götaland Region's shared service center for finance. As a system administrator with us, you will have the opportunity to develop both the organization and yourself.

Job Description

Do you want to work with service and problem-solving in an organization that makes a difference? With us, you will be part of Economic Services within Västra Götaland Region, where we work together to provide support and guidance to our operations. You will have a varied role focusing on both phone support and case management in our systems. You will work independently with your cases but have close access to your colleagues in the team where you support each other and share knowledge together.

Your role includes answering phone calls from employees within Västra Götaland Region who have questions about invoice management and our financial systems Raindance and Visma Proceedo. You will also handle incoming cases in our case management system and perform data maintenance of our systems. You will provide clear and professional service, contributing to the smooth functioning of our processes.

The work involves both problem-solving and guidance, where you become an important part of creating a positive experience for our customers.

The position is a fixed-term employment for 12 months with the possibility of extension.

To succeed in the role of system administrator:

We are looking for someone with at least a three-year upper secondary education in finance or administration. We also welcome relevant post-secondary education. You have experience in administrative work, preferably within finance, customer service, or a similar field. You are service-oriented, communicative, and enjoy helping others both via phone and case management systems. You have the ability to work in a structured manner and handle multiple cases simultaneously. You have documented good computer skills and experience with Office programs, especially Excel.

We expect you to communicate well in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Experience with Raindance, Visma Proceedo, or similar financial systems is an advantage.
