Who are we?

Our operations consist of housing and daily activities according to LSS (The Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). We offer individually tailored support to those living with us who have various types of mental disabilities. The operation is based on an anthroposophical view of humanity, and employment with us requires openness to these ideas.

We particularly care about creating a pleasant living environment and establishing clear and predictable rhythms both in everyday life and to acknowledge the changes of the seasons and holidays.

Who are you?

As an employee in our operations, you are expected to plan and carry out your work in a way that aligns with the fundamental principles of LSS. Central values include the individual's right to privacy and self-determination. We strive to ensure that those living with us can, to the greatest extent possible, live like others and experience life as meaningful.

Based on this, you should be empathetic, flexible, and reflective. Empathetic to understand the resident's perspective and provide them with adequate support. Flexible to adapt your working methods based on the resident's daily condition and abilities. Reflective to distance yourself from your own beliefs about what is right and wrong and to give yourself the opportunity to continuously develop in your professional role.

Typical tasks include individually tailored assistance and support in various areas of life, household and gardening tasks, as well as offering meaningful daytime and leisure activities to those living with us. The operation is staffed around the clock, which means that on-call duty on-site (at night) is part of the job. As an employee with us, you will also assist with contacts with authorities and healthcare. You will perform social documentation according to applicable legislation and in accordance with the operation's routines.

We are looking for someone who is calm and secure in themselves but also proactive with an interest in developing and cultivating. We consider it an advantage if you are educated in any of the fields of care, social work, or pedagogy. Of course, personal suitability and professional experience will also be taken into account.
