We are therefore looking for more care assistants and aides for our home care center in Högsbo.

Working in home care means that you support and help the care recipient in their own home based on approved services. You travel to the individual's home by bike or car. Your work includes practical assistance with personal hygiene and care, support during meals, activities, laundry, cleaning, and more. You also perform health and medical tasks according to instructions and delegation from licensed personnel. All documentation is done digitally.

Working in elderly care gives you the opportunity to contribute to joy and well-being. The goal is for care recipients to have meaningful days, where you provide good care and social support. You have the opportunity to develop in your professional role while making a difference for those we are here for. Our operations are ongoing every day, which means that working hours are during the day, evening, and weekends.

As a care assistant and aide in home care, you will have a varied job where you contribute to a dignified and meaningful life.

About You

Requirements:

• Good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
• You can cycle and have experience cycling

Meritorious but not required:

• Trained care assistant
• Experience in care and support work
• Driver's license (B) and driving experience

You convey information and ideas clearly and ensure that your message has been received.

To ensure high quality in our care and support, we prefer that you who do not have a care education have the necessary prerequisites so you can further your education to become a care assistant or nursing assistant through adult education. We think long-term and want you as an employee to grow and develop, which is why we prefer that you are motivated to further your education in care and support in the long run. We will prioritize candidates who have the necessary prerequisites.
