JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The work as a nurse involves both acute and planned interventions, as well as working towards good health and medical care based on individual needs. The work is independent but also requires collaboration with many different actors, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork skills. Your responsibility as a nurse in municipal healthcare is to provide good and safe health and medical care for individuals with functional variations within LSS and social psychiatry. You will participate in care planning and initiate and facilitate doctor contacts. You will also be responsible for assessments, supportive and motivational conversations, as well as guidance and delegation of health and medical care interventions to nursing staff.

The job also means that you will be responsible for the municipality's home healthcare during on-call hours together with colleagues.

QUALIFICATIONS

We want you to be a licensed nurse, with a specialization in psychiatry being an advantage. We prefer that you have several years of professional experience and feel secure in your professional role.

Your role includes being the patient-responsible nurse for patients. This means that you are the one who largely ensures continuity and coordination of the patient's interventions. Therefore, you need to be skilled at planning, implementing, following up, and evaluating nursing interventions.

You need to be flexible and see opportunities for change, as we are constantly working to improve our work, and we want you to have an interest in working towards goals, quality, and development issues.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

A B driver's license is required for the position.
