Global Support Engineer
Are you a service-oriented problem solver with a technical interest looking to work in an international environment? Our client is now seeking a Global Support Engineer with knowledge of Swedish and Norwegian to strengthen their global support team. This is an exciting assignment starting immediately, with good opportunities for extension and over-recruitment!
ABOUT THE POSITION
Our client is an international, growing tech company with a global presence and offices in several countries. They are leaders in providing innovative solutions for digital pricing and in-store communication to the retail sector worldwide. Their offering is based on an exciting combination of in-house developed hardware, software, and SaaS solutions, giving you a unique insight into complex and forward-looking technology.
As a Global Support Engineer at Pricer, you will be an important part of a global support team, which is the first point of contact for resolving technical issues and ensuring a first-class customer experience. Your focus will initially be on handling cases from Norwegian and Swedish customers.
Since the client's needs are urgent, we are looking for someone who can start the assignment immediately. We will begin processing applications and reaching out to candidates who meet the requirements in week 50. Interviews will take place continuously throughout December.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Duties
The role of Global Support Engineer means you are the face of the company and ensure that customers' technical challenges are resolved quickly and professionally.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Handling incoming tickets via phone and email in Swedish and Norwegian.
- Troubleshooting technical issues related to infrastructure, networks, Linux, Windows, and incorrect pricing.
- Writing technical documentation.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Have experience in support work (customer support/IT support).
- Are service-oriented with problem-solving skills.
- Have advanced knowledge of Swedish and English.
- Have good knowledge of Norwegian, Swedish, and English.
It is a merit if you have:
- Experience from a service desk or customer support.
- Good technical understanding and interest.
- Good communication skills and a sense of service.
- An outgoing and proactive personality.
You are a helpful person with a strong service mindset driven by solving problems and delivering high-quality support. Your social skills allow you to communicate professionally with customers from different cultures and internally with colleagues. Furthermore, you are responsible and take ownership of your cases until they are resolved. Finally, you are intellectually curious and have a desire to continuously learn about products and technical solutions.
