Why You Matter
ipipe group is currently in a strong growth phase – and you will play a crucial role in securing our market position. As a Key Account Manager, you will have primary responsibility for a number of our wholesalers and installers, where your industry experience and business acumen will be central to our continued success. You are expected not only to manage but also to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong partnerships, and creating long-term value.
This is ipipe
ipipe group is a Swedish company focused on the manufacturing and sales of electrical installation pipes – by combining smart design with recycled raw materials and a deep understanding of user needs, we have created one of the market's most complete ranges of installation pipes.
Today, we have around 20 employees with extensive experience in the electrical industry and product development. Since our inception, we have experienced rapid growth, and by 2026, we forecast reaching 200 million, with continued strong demand and expansion in the Swedish market.
Our products are designed to be easy to install, produced energy-efficiently, and optimized to minimize waste through a circular economy. With ipipe, we take recycling from theory to practice – making sustainability concrete, measurable, and commercially attractive for everyone.
We aim to challenge the electrical industry to create truly sustainable products that make a difference for the planet and future generations.
Our Culture
We believe in freedom with responsibility and the power of strong relationships – both internally and externally. Here, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact in an environment characterized by a forward-thinking attitude, openness, and strong engagement. With us, technical expertise and business drive meet in a culture where we share, support each other, and celebrate successes together.
Your Role Focus
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and deepening collaboration with our customers in the northern region, focusing on the Stockholm area. You will drive sales, develop key customers, and strengthen our presence in one of Sweden's most dynamic markets. The role requires both strategic thinking and operational action – with clear business responsibility.
You will work closely with our larger key customers, identify new opportunities, and ensure that collaborations develop in a long-term and profitable manner. To succeed in this role, you are accustomed to building relationships at multiple levels – from sales organizations to purchasing and decision-making levels.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Driving sales and further developing collaborations with our key customers
- Collaborating with the wholesalers' sales teams to maximize visibility and business development
- Negotiating contracts, driving campaigns, and representing ipipe at customer events and industry activities
- Responsible for budget, planning, and goal tracking
What We Hope For
To succeed in this role, we see that you have several years of experience in technical sales, preferably with a focus on key customers within the wholesale sector or electrical industry. You are experienced in driving business independently, negotiating contracts, and working both strategically and operationally to create long-term value – for both the customer and the business.
We believe that you are analytical, business-driven, and thrive in a role where you can combine personal responsibility with close collaboration – both internally and externally. You are relationship-oriented, communicative, and have the ability to navigate complex customer organizations.
We would also like you to have:
- Post-secondary education in sales and/or a technical field
- An established network within the electrical or construction industry
- Experience with similar product portfolios or technically oriented solutions
- Understanding of how to work with both central decision-makers and local units
- Fluent Swedish and English in both spoken and written form
- Driver's license (B)
Is This the Right Place for You?
You are attentive, solution-oriented, and used to working closely with the customer's operations. At the same time, you have the ability to think strategically – you see the big picture but do not miss the details. You know that trust is built over time and that long-term business relationships require knowledge, transparency, and presence.
If you also want to be part of an organization where community, clarity, and quality are at the center – then we believe you will thrive with us.
