At our preschool, we work to ensure that every child feels safe, seen, and curious about exploring the world. We are now looking for someone who wants to be an important part of our team and contribute to a warm, educational, and meaningful everyday life for our youngest children (1-3 years).

As a childcare worker in the younger children's group, you will:

• build close and trusting relationships with the children

• create a learning environment that stimulates language, care, play, and exploration

• work with routines related to care, meals, rest, and hygiene

• collaborate with the team on planning, reflection, and development

• be an active part of the education and work according to the preschool's curriculum

• contribute to safety and structure for children, colleagues, and guardians

We are looking for someone who:

• is a trained childcare worker or has other relevant experience

• enjoys working with the very youngest children and understands the importance of careful transitions

• is attentive, present, and secure in your professional role

• has good ability to collaborate and communicate

• sees opportunities, takes initiative, and contributes to a positive work environment

• wants to work with documentation and follow the children's learning

It is an advantage if you have experience working in a small children's group, working with TAKK, special educational adaptations, or any pedagogical orientation (Reggio, Montessori, outdoor activities, etc.).
