Service and Workshop Mechanic at Cold Cut Systems

We are currently looking for a Service and Workshop Mechanic for Cold Cut Systems at StudentConsulting. Cold Cut Systems was founded in 1989 and is a world leader in firefighting through cutting extinguishing. Reduced water usage, less water damage after extinguishing, and a safer working environment for firefighters are some of the positive effects that the "coldcut cobra" extinguishing system provides. As a Service and Workshop Mechanic, you will play an important role in the continued development of Cold Cut Systems! In this role, you will be responsible for service, troubleshooting, and repair of Cold Cut Systems products. You will be involved in improvement work regarding production and development processes and ensure that all work is carried out and documented responsibly according to applicable routines. Furthermore, you will conduct service training and commissioning tailored to market needs. You will be based at Cold Cut Systems' operations in Kungsbacka and work both in the workshop and out with customers.

Your main tasks will include:

• Performing service on units at customer sites as well as in-house
• Ensuring that products are packed and delivered according to specifications
• Responsible for technical training and support
• Preparing quotes and creating invoicing documentation after completed work
• Responsible for emergency troubleshooting and corrective/preventive actions at customer sites
• Handling emergency troubleshooting and any complaints
• Reporting deviations and documentation regarding products
• Loading and unloading of incoming and outgoing deliveries

This is a consulting assignment, meaning you will be employed by us at StudentConsulting and work as a consultant at Cold Cut Systems. The position is planned to start immediately or by agreement and will last at least 6 months, with a high chance of extension. The position is full-time and the work is scheduled during office hours.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

To succeed in this role, we see that you:

• Have a high school education in a technical field such as mechanics, hydraulics, and/or vehicle electronics (12v/24v) or equivalent experience
• Have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Have a B driver's license

Experience in mechanics, hydraulics, or vehicle electronics is an advantage.
