Job Description:

Please be aware that this vacancy requires that the candidate can speak Swedish, as part of the role includes supporting the year 1 class teacher during Swedish lessons.

You will work to stimulate students' learning and development based on their needs, interests, and experiences, but also challenge them by inspiring new knowledge. Together with your colleagues, you will plan, implement, and evaluate the leisure activities. You will have close collaboration with our leisure coordinator.

As a leisure leader with us, you will also work to offer our students a meaningful leisure time by encouraging social community and strengthening group relationships.

Qualifications:

We are now looking for a qualified Leisure Leader/Leisure Educator or someone with extensive work experience in leisure to contribute to the development of our leisure activities.

You are well acquainted with the curriculum and other governing documents in the school area, and you have a good ability to work towards set goals to improve the quality of the leisure center. You are curious, creative, and can inspire and motivate your colleagues in the work team.

As a person, you are secure and stable and skilled at creating good relationships with both students and colleagues and guardians. You are clear and concise in your communication and have the ability to motivate and inspire students to acquire new knowledge. You also work systematically with quality within the leisure center and find it interesting and engaging to work with systematic quality improvement.
