Description

Do you, like us, want to help people who are struggling and suffering from mental health issues? We are looking for someone with a strong commitment to helping our patients with mental illness.
We are now seeking a part-time nurse for the Sollentuna Psychiatric Clinic, Psychiatry North West. The Sollentuna Psychiatric Clinic caters to all individuals over 18 years of age, registered in Stockholm County who are in need of psychiatric care at a specialist level. The clinic is part of Psychiatry North West, a university clinic in the northwestern part of the Stockholm County healthcare area (SLSO) with approximately 550 dedicated employees. SPM is a pleasant workplace with high competence and good community located in newly renovated fresh premises right next to Sollentuna commuter train station.
We primarily assist patients with depression, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, and neuropsychiatric (NP) disabilities, including ADHD.
We have an ADHD clinic 1.5 days a week staffed by two nurses.
Our team consists of nurses, psychologists, social workers/REKO, psychotherapists, medical secretaries, and doctors.

Job Responsibilities
A significant part of the responsibilities within outpatient care for a nurse involves supportive and follow-up conversations, effect evaluation of pharmacological treatment, and staffing our ADHD clinic together with nursing colleagues and doctors. You will also receive new patients seeking our services. Teaching and supervision of nursing students occur. Many of our patients have ADHD, and as a nurse, you will meet these patients for medication follow-up and effect evaluation. Therefore, we would like you to have an interest in this patient group. Management of prescriptions via AÖ is included.
Qualifications
You should be a licensed nurse. Previous experience in psychiatric care and/or specialized training in psychiatry is considered an advantage but is not a requirement.
We expect you to be flexible in how you prioritize, plan, and execute your tasks and to quickly adapt to changing circumstances. You have developed the ability to meet people with varying emotional states. You enjoy working independently and structuring your workday. You are eager to share your professional knowledge with other staff categories. We expect competent clinical judgment, a professional approach, and the ability to collaborate. Personal suitability is highly valued.
Conditions
The position is part-time. Start date according to agreement. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30.

- in addition to Swedish professional licensing, good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required. The same requirements apply to non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
