Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will work with various aspects of financial administration. You will be responsible for ongoing accounting and bookkeeping as well as general ledger accounting. The work includes coding and checking invoices to ensure they are correct and complete. You will prepare documentation for further data processing and conduct thorough reconciliations of account balances to ensure accuracy and completeness. The role also involves working in financial systems and managing both accounts payable and accounts receivable. Additionally, you will participate in year-end closing activities and respond to inquiries regarding payments.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, we see that you have a high school education or equivalent training and at least one year of work experience as a finance assistant. You have good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent programs and experience working in financial systems, such as Unit4 ERP, Raindance, or Visma. You can communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
