About the Position

We are now looking for a procurement officer for a government agency in Stockholm. In this role, you will be part of the finance and procurement unit, where you will have independent responsibility for driving and executing procurements, direct procurements, and orders.

Assignment Period and Scope:

The position as a procurement officer is a consulting assignment part-time (2 full days per week) during December. Starting from 2026-01-07, the assignment will transition to full-time, corresponding to 5 working days per week.

During December, you need to work on-site at the office in central Stockholm, preferably on Wednesdays and Thursdays. When the assignment transitions to full-time, you are expected to be mostly on-site at the agency.

The assignment initially runs until 2026-03-31, with the possibility of extension for up to 3 months. At most, the assignment can be extended until 2026-06-30.

Requirements for the Position:

Higher education in law, economics, or equivalent education and at least three (3) years of work experience from similar work. Alternatively, vocational education as a procurement officer/purchaser or equivalent education and at least three (3) years of work experience from similar work
Good knowledge of LOU
Experience working with procurement tools such as Mercell TendSign
Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing
