The Health and Medical Care Unit is a wonderful team consisting of about 20 nurses and three nursing assistants. We are now looking for a nurse who wants to be part of the municipal primary care. A nurse who wants to contribute to meeting citizens' needs for care and support in their homes, in our special housing, and housing with special services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The assignment includes planning and leading the work towards the individual patient and their relatives. You will make medical assessments and treatment and care interventions, as well as follow up and document according to applicable legislation.

In your work, you will have contact with patients, but also with relatives and other people in the patient's network.

You will also work to guide and delegate health and medical care interventions to other professionals and are skilled at collaborating both within your own organization and with other actors.

We offer you a broad assignment with freedom under responsibility where you have the opportunity to make a difference. You will have scheduled visits and planned interventions, but there will also be urgent tasks that may require you to reorganize your work.

You will have cheerful and experienced colleagues in a driven and secure group, where we share our knowledge and support each other. The work is scheduled during on-call hours, i.e., evenings and weekends.

We document in Lifecare and use existing quality registers.

QUALIFICATIONS

Licensed nurse with experience in municipal primary care or similar.
