Job Responsibilities

We offer you an exciting job where you, together with knowledgeable and experienced colleagues, work to provide users with safe and good care, support in everyday life, and a stimulating leisure time. The work is varied and planned based on each individual's needs and conditions. You will assist with purchases, cooking, cleaning, and leisure activities. The assignment also includes social documentation and advocacy tasks, as well as medication management according to delegation. We work in a low-arousal and structured manner to ensure that individuals can live as independently as possible. The work can sometimes be both challenging and physically demanding, which requires you to be confident in yourself and have an easy time collaborating.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has both the desire and ability to work in a team, but who can also take responsibility independently. It is important that you have a positive attitude and see possibilities rather than obstacles. You need to have an eye for what needs to be done and be able to take your own initiatives. It is important to have good colleagues and for you to be one yourself to create a good working atmosphere together. If you also have a good sense of humor, that is an advantage!

Competence Requirements

To be considered for recruitment, you must meet the following:

• You have completed the nursing program and are a nursing assistant/support assistant or have another education that the employer deems equivalent.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• Good computer skills.

Meritorious

• B driver's license
• You have experience working with individuals with mental or neuropsychiatric disabilities.
• You have experience with low-arousal approaches, AAC, and clear pedagogical methods.
• You have experience with TimeCareMultiAccess and Treserva.

Great importance will be placed on personal suitability. We apply ongoing selection.

To obtain employment, a certificate from the police's criminal record must be presented.
