About the role

As a group training instructor, you are a central part of our members' experience – you are both an ambassador, inspirer, and energy spreader. Your task is to convey joy in training, create motivation, and give our participants that WOW-feeling that makes them long to come back.

You should feel confident taking space, being yourself, and leading with both heart and energy – whether there are 10 or 100 people in the room.

We offer you:

• Training in the Senior Training concept – we cover that!
• A fixed class/week (or more!) at one of our clubs where the need is greatest
• A workplace filled with engagement, development, and joy in training

We are looking for someone who can:

• Hold 1–2 fixed classes per week

• Be available morning, day,  (depending on needs)

You don't need to be a trained instructor beforehand – we will train you! The most important thing is that you:

• Have a passion for group training and fitness in general

• Enjoy being in the spotlight and leading others

• Have personal charisma, energy, and a positive attitude

• Are reliable, engaged, and want to develop with us
