Your role as Marketing Coordinator
As a Marketing Coordinator at Giertz Vinimport, you will work with a wide variety of marketing activities. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and following up on sales-driven marketing activities in collaboration with the marketing team. The role also includes tracking statistics and rankings with the aim of quickly evaluating results and driving development forward to optimize campaigns.

Furthermore, you will work with campaign management, where you plan and produce campaign materials. In this role, you will also be involved in creating and optimizing content across various channels, both traditional and digital.

Your main responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and follow up on sales-driven marketing activities.
• Plan, produce, and coordinate campaign materials.
• Follow up on campaigns by analyzing numbers, rankings, and effects, and quickly draw relevant conclusions.
• Create and optimize content across various channels, from simple images to short video content, both digitally and traditionally.
• Maintain ongoing contact with external parties such as freelance designers, advertising agencies, and photographers.

About you
To thrive and succeed in this role, we prefer that you have at least a few years of experience in marketing, preferably with a background in e-commerce, retail, or the FMCG sector. You have previous experience in campaign planning and are familiar with tools for analysis and campaign management. Furthermore, you have a good understanding of digital channels, strong writing skills (copy or other commercial text editing), and basic graphic knowledge. If you have also worked with sales-driven marketing, have knowledge of Photoshop, content production, and experience with AI in marketing, that is a significant plus.

Important for the position

• Previous work experience in marketing, preferably from e-commerce, retail, or FMCG.
• Experience in campaign planning, coordination, and analysis.
• Familiarity with tools for analysis and campaign management (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta).
• Good understanding of digital channels, social media, and customer journeys.
• Knowledge in basic graphic production, such as Canva.
• Strong writing skills; experience in copy or other commercial text editing.

Meritorious

• Experience in the wine industry.
• Experience in content production (copy/image/video).
• Interest in or experience with AI-based tools in marketing.
• Experience with Photoshop/Illustrator.
