We are looking for a district nurse for Vårdcentralen Varvet – a new health center in Västra Hamnen!

We are opening a completely new health center on February 2, 2026 and are now seeking an experienced and dedicated nurse who wants to help develop the operations from the start. Here you will have the opportunity to influence routines, working methods, and care quality in a new, modern, and patient-focused environment.

About the position

As a nurse with us, you will work with your own clinic, LAB, drop-in clinic, and triage. You will be an important part of a team that together creates safe, effective, and professional care.

We are looking for someone who:

Is a licensed nurse with a valid license

Has experience from primary care – a requirement as the role demands independence and responsibility

Takes initiative, shows commitment, and wants to develop the operations

Has a strong sense of responsibility, good service orientation, and an empathetic approach

Enjoys working both independently and in a team

Has good knowledge of the Swedish language (C1 level) to communicate confidently with patients and colleagues

Is solution-oriented and flexible in a daily routine with varying challenges
