Who are we?

Lövkojan Preschool is a two-group preschool located in the Eneby / Pryssgården district.

The preschool consists of 2 groups with well-thought-out indoor environments and a fantastic, green, and varied playground. Adjacent to the preschool, there are play and park environments as well as forests to explore.

You will be part of a professional team consisting of experienced colleagues, where you complement, inspire, and learn from each other. We have reflection time, both individually and in teams, where we systematically follow up on the individual child's and group's development and learning. We use pedagogical documentation as a tool to advance our work and to visualize and follow up on the ongoing processes.

Within the preschool area, there are also special educators who, when needed, guide and educate the educators in working with children in need of special support.

Lövkojan is part of the Eneby preschools together with Fyrby and Ulriksdal preschools, forming a principal area.

Your tasks

You will be part of a team consisting of preschool teachers and assistants, where you complement, inspire, and learn from each other.

Together with the team, you will be an active part of planning, implementing, and documenting the pedagogical work in the preschool in accordance with the curriculum for preschool (Lpfö 18 rev.25) and other governing documents for preschools.

In this position, you will work to support both groups as needed, and the working hours will most likely be distributed over 4 days a week.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has a complete and approved preschool assistant education and who has experience working in teams where you actively contribute to systematic quality work. You have good knowledge of the preschool curriculum and know how to implement it in daily work with the children.

As a person, you are responsible and structured, with the ability to plan and prioritize your work in a way that creates safety and clarity in the operations. You find it easy to collaborate, are flexible, and see opportunities even in challenging situations. A positive attitude and the ability to create professional, trusting relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues come naturally to you.

You are inspired by children's curiosity and creativity and meet each child based on their needs and conditions. Together with your colleagues, you want to help develop the education and teaching in preschool, based on governing documents and goal plans.

Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement.
