Your Mission

As a preschool assistant with us, you will play a role in creating a safe, meaningful, and stimulating education for the children. Together with preschool teachers and colleagues, you will actively participate in teaching and contribute to the planning, implementation, and follow-up of education that strengthens children's development and learning. You are stable, attentive, and present in the children's group. The work involves building trusting relationships with guardians and contributing to a positive, professional collaboration around each child and their needs.

Requirements for the Position

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a preschool assistant education from the child and leisure program or equivalent post-secondary education, or has other relevant education that the employer assesses as equivalent.
• Has a genuine commitment to children's learning and a positive view of each child's abilities.
• Enjoys working project-oriented and exploratively.
• Sees pedagogical documentation and reflection as important tools in teaching.
• Wants to be an active part of a team where collaboration and communication are central.

To obtain employment, a certificate from the police's criminal record must be presented.
