Procurement Consultant with Administrative and Coordinating Tasks

Are you a structured and solution-oriented person who thrives in a role where procurement is combined with administrative and coordinating tasks?

This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by Jurek Talents. Job Description

In this role, you will have a central function in ensuring that procurement flows and administrative processes work smoothly and are well-coordinated. You will work both operationally and administratively, with close contact with internal functions and external suppliers. The role suits you who enjoy switching between analysis, structure, and practical implementation. Your tasks include, among others:

  • Placing and managing purchase orders based on material needs and internal routines.
  • Following up with suppliers focusing on quality, price, and delivery precision.
  • Participating in improvement work and contributing to the development of procurement processes.
  • Assisting in analyses and reporting related to procurement and internal flows.
  • Managing documentation, contracts, and other administrative tasks.
  • Performing simpler reconciliations and ensuring accurate information in business systems.
  • Being a support in internal processes, for example regarding electronic invoicing.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in procurement, administration, or a similar role.
  • Good system skills and confidence in working with business systems.
  • The ability to work in a structured manner, drive your own tasks, and maintain high quality.
  • Very good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English.

You thrive in a role with varied tasks where both analysis, structure, and collaboration are important. You have a natural ability to create order, see improvement opportunities, and contribute to a positive workflow. Your attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and solution-oriented approach make you a valued and reliable colleague.

Meritorious:

Experience from regulated or process-intensive environments, for example within Life Science.

Scope of Assignment

The position is full-time and starts as agreed.
