As a property caretaker at Riksbyggen, you will be one of those who work closest to the customer. You are responsible for maintaining good contacts with the customer and are the natural contact person for both the customer and the business. The work is varied and social.

What Will You Do?

You will be part of the outdoor maintenance team as well as performing simpler repairs.

You will carry out contractual gardening services and actively work to develop the customer's green environment. Daily tasks include weeding planting areas, weed control on hard surfaces using various methods, pruning, hedge trimming, tying climbing plants, and edging. We also ensure to highlight and communicate to our customers the development potential we see, thus creating varied and enjoyable tasks while delivering added value to the customer.

The mobile phone is an important work tool. Administration, time reporting, and work order management are included in the role. You will also work with resident and board contacts.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who is engaged, responsible, and caring. You enjoy planning your own work, are flexible and solution-oriented. It is also important that you have the ability to create a pleasant atmosphere and trust in your interactions with residents in the housing cooperatives. You are practically inclined, enjoy meeting people, and deliver service with a warm smile.

You have good experience in property maintenance and it is required that you have previously worked independently for at least 2 years in this field. You have good computer skills and the ability to express yourself well in both speech and writing.

The position is a permanent employment with placement in Linköping with immediate start. Work in other locations within the market area may occur.

The position requires a B driver's license and proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
