Your Mission

As a preschool teacher with us, you will have a central and strategic role in shaping an environment that is inspiring, safe, and intellectually challenging for the children. You will bear the main responsibility for teaching in the children's group and lead the pedagogical work by planning, implementing, and deepening processes based on the children's questions, hypotheses, and explorations. You will follow and document the children's learning processes in a way that makes their thoughts, theories, and growth visible to both children and adults.

You will be part of a listening and reflective team where you together drive education forward and develop working methods that create meaning for both children and colleagues. The mission also includes close and trusting collaboration with guardians, where you contribute to a shared understanding of the children's well-being, relationships, and development over time with professionalism and sensitivity.

Requirements for the Position

• Must be a licensed preschool teacher
• Have a genuine commitment to children's learning and a positive view of each child's abilities.
• Enjoy working in a project-oriented and exploratory manner.
• See pedagogical documentation and reflection as important tools in teaching.
• Want to be an active part of a team where collaboration and communication are central.
• Have in-depth knowledge and extensive experience of working from a Reggio Emilia-inspired philosophical approach.

To obtain employment, a police clearance certificate must be presented.
