We are looking for
We are looking for someone who is a nursing assistant and has good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. It is an advantage if you have experience from healthcare or a similar coordinating role and have knowledge of Cosmic.
We place great importance on personal qualities. We are looking for someone who has good organizational skills and thrives in a coordinating role, is flexible, communicative, and solution-oriented, and enjoys working in a team but can also take initiative.

In the role of Coordinator, you are a key person in our daily operations. We are three coordinators at the clinic who together are responsible for coordinating all incoming patients and collaborate closely with the doctors on duty as well as the emergency department. We ensure an efficient patient flow — both from other hospitals in the county, other regions, ICU, and postoperative units. We plan and collaborate with our elective unit.
In the role of team leader, you work closely with the unit manager at department 52 and are responsible for, among other things, schedule planning and staffing as well as handling short-term absences. Information about the position
We offer permanent employment full-time, daytime working hours with some weekend work. Start date according to agreement.
Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
