ABOUT THE POSITION

Job&Talent is now looking for a warehouse administrator with forklift experience for one of our clients in Eslöv. In this role, you will combine administrative work with practical warehouse work at the goods reception. You will be responsible for order flows, registrations, and follow-ups in the warehouse system, while handling materials and goods with a counterbalance forklift.

The position suits you who enjoys varied tasks, has good structure, and likes to switch between office and warehouse work. The work is mainly during the day, but shift work may occur.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administrative responsibility for order management and warehouse flows in the M3 system
• Registration and updating in the warehouse system
• Forklift operation (counterbalance forklift, B1)
• Contact with colleagues and customers regarding deliveries and flows

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements:

• Experience in warehouse work and working in M3
• Forklift license and good experience with counterbalance forklift (B1)
• Driving license B
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Meritorious:

• Experience with the M3 warehouse system
• Experience in service or customer contact

Personal qualities:

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, structured, and responsible. You have good communication skills, enjoy working in a team, and can work independently when needed.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE

This is a seasonal job for about 4–6 months, with the possibility of extension or continued assignment with one of our other clients.
