Who are we?

Lövkojan Preschool is located in the Eneby/Pryssgården district and consists of two departments with well-thought-out indoor environments and a fantastic, green, and varied playground. Adjacent to the preschool, there are play and park environments as well as forest areas to explore.

Lövkojan is part of the Eneby preschools, along with Fyrby and Ulriksdal preschools, forming a principal area.

Here, experienced, engaged, and competent childcare workers and preschool teachers work, driven by the mission to lay the foundation for lifelong learning.

We have reflection time, both individually and in teams, where we systematically follow up on the individual child's and group's development and learning. We use pedagogical documentation as a tool to move our work forward and to visualize and follow up on the processes that are ongoing.

Within the preschool area, there are also special educators who, if necessary, guide and train educators in working with children in need of special support.

We are now looking for a substitute childcare worker to join our team at Lövkojan Preschool!

Your Responsibilities

You will work with your colleagues to create an education and teaching that is fun, safe, and educational for all children.

You will be part of a team consisting of preschool teachers and childcare workers, where you complement, inspire, and learn from each other. For us, job satisfaction and collegial learning are significant.

Together with the team, you will be an active part of planning, implementing, and documenting the pedagogical work in the preschool in accordance with the preschool curriculum (Lpfö 18 rev.25) and other governing documents for the preschool.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is a trained childcare worker and has experience in the field. You have a good understanding of the preschool curriculum and can apply it in practice.

Furthermore, you have experience working in a team and with systematic quality work.

As a person, you are responsible and structured, with a good ability to plan and prioritize your work effectively.

You have good collaboration skills, are flexible, and easily see opportunities in your work. A positive attitude and the ability to create good and professional relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues are a given for you.

As a person, you are inspired by children's curiosity and creativity. You have the ability to see and meet the child based on their conditions.

Furthermore, you have good self-awareness and are aware of your feelings and how they affect your behavior. You have the ability to maintain a calm and positive attitude, even in stressful situations.

You are interested and willing to work with colleagues to develop preschool education and teaching based on our governing documents and goal plans.

You have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
