Welcome as a Marketing Coordinator focusing on social media to us in the kitchen in Källby! We are on an exciting journey where we work together to strengthen our brands; Dafgårds, Billys, and Gorbys.

We are now looking for someone who is great at creating content, planning for social media, following up on results – and ensuring that we are visible and engaging where our target audiences are. You enjoy a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple channels and campaigns simultaneously.

The position is a temporary contract for parental leave with the possibility of extension. You will report to the Team Leader in the marketing department, and the position is based in Källby.

Responsibilities

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our social media channels deliver according to plan. You will drive the work from content idea to follow-up. You will produce material, publish, interact, and follow up – with both creativity and structure.

An important part of the role is also to keep an eye on trends and be involved in what is happening in the digital world – you see the opportunities in the next trend and dare to jump on it when it is right for our brands. You ensure that we maintain the right tone, that campaigns make an impact, and that we are relevant in our channels.

You will work closely with the entire marketing team, the sales organization, external agencies, and other functions in the company. Your focus is on taking our plans from strategy to reality – whether it’s about a launch, a campaign, or the daily flow in social media.

Qualifications and Characteristics

We are looking for someone with previous experience working with social media. But the most important thing is that you know what it takes to create good content and engagement. You are self-driven, solution-focused, and enjoy working towards clear goals – preferably in a fast-paced environment.

We believe you are a person who gains energy from collaboration, enjoys a dynamic environment, and has an eye for both creativity and results. You come with your own ideas and initiatives while being humble if an idea doesn’t work out as planned.

Desired Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with social media for brands, companies, or similar
• Good understanding of social media algorithms and how they affect reach and engagement
• Familiar with working in and utilizing features of various social media platforms
• Experienced in producing content - both video and still images
