As a travel salesperson at Bergkvara, you will be part of our dedicated customer team at the headquarters in Kalmar, where we work together to ensure that every journey becomes something our customers remember with joy. RESPONSIBILITIES
As a travel salesperson with us, you are the spider in the web when it comes to our bus trips within charter traffic. Your tasks include, among other things:
- Preparing quotes, managing, and selling bus trips - often in larger volumes.
- Having daily contact with customers via phone and email.
- Solving customer problems, answering questions, and ensuring that every customer feels seen.
- Close collaboration with colleagues and other departments for good delivery to customers.
- You work purposefully to achieve the department's daily goals.
This is a job with many contact points, a fast pace, and a lot of pride.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who is business-minded, solution-focused, and has strong administrative skills. You should enjoy working both independently and in a team, and be an initiator driven by developing sales forward.
You work purposefully and have a good ability to handle multiple contact points simultaneously and are not afraid to put in a little extra during the busy periods for charter traffic. If you also have a genuine interest in customer service and a desire to contribute to the team's success, you will thrive with us at Bergkvara.
Furthermore, you need:
- High school education, preferably with a focus on tourism or economics (higher education is an advantage).
- Good computer skills, especially in Windows and Microsoft Office.
- Good language skills in English.
- Documented experience in sales and customer service work.
- Office administration is an advantage.

We operate bus traffic and rail traffic within contracted public transport as well as school traffic and commercial line and charter traffic with buses.
